Prof. Dong-Young Kim is a Professor of Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the Seoul National University Hospital, Seoul, Republic of Korea. He was a visiting scholar to Division of Mucosal Immunology, Department of Microbiology and Immunology, The Institute of Medical Science, The University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan and Division of Allergy-Immunology, Department of Medicine, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Chicago, USA. He has special interests in pathophysiology and treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) and allergic rhinitis (AR). He is actively involved in professional societies such as Korean Academy of Asthma, Allergy and Clinical Immunology (KAAACI), Korean Society of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (KORL-HNS), and Korean Rhinologic Society (KRS).
